For the first time in Sunseeker history, the Sunseeker London Group opened its doors for a long weekend to celebrate all things Sunseeker! We were delighted to showcase the largest display of its kind and the only event in the world where guests are able to compare all of the current Sunseeker models in one location. Boats ranged from our 50ft San Remo to our 131ft tri-deck Yacht, including our newly launched Predator 50 and Predator 74.
Designed with a completely new experience in mind, the event gave our Sunseeker guests the opportunity to explore more about the brand and everything that it is we do. From the lifestyle and award-winning array of boats to the legendary craftsmanship and cutting edge technology backstage in the Shipyards, this really truly was a unique occasion. This was an extraordinary opportunity to come to the home of Sunseeker, where founder Robert Braithwaite built the very first 17’ ft boats and where every Sunseeker since has been crafted by a brilliant 2300-strong team.
With nearly the entire range on display, the total value equated to a combined length of 800 feet and an overall value of £49M.
Complementing our sensational lineup of Sunseeker’s, was the two brand new Invictus boats; the Invictus 250 and 280, shuffling guests between our two show locations.
We were thrilled that once again the award-winning Interior Design House Alexander James Interiors dressed our beautifully finished boats, enriching each with their luxurious touch and sensational style. Alexander James Interiors are always a delight to work with, combining modern trends with our traditional Sunseeker styling to create a luxurious look and feel.
Adding to the beautiful styling of Alexander James Interiors was the artwork from acclaimed sculptors Bruce Denny and Beau Han Xu, who showcased a range of their exclusive pieces on our tri-deck 131 Yacht.
Sunseeker Collection was also present, offering guests a chance to purchase a range of merchandise. Joanne from Sunseeker Collection commented “As always, it was great pleasure to meet both new and existing clients who purchased clothing and accessories from the Merchandise Collection to prepare themselves for summer boating. It is wonderful to have such enthusiastic supporters of the brand. We are now looking forward to a fabulous season ahead!”
Each Sunseeker Luxury Motor Yacht was furnished with signature fine fragrance candles and diffusers from the British perfumer Jo Malone. Pomegrante Noir, English Oak, Peony & Blush Suede are a few of the brands trademark collection that featured on our Sunseeker boats. A selection of beautifully fragranced hand washes, lotions and bath and shower gels in the brands signature collection were also scattered around the immaculately dressed bathrooms. Alongside their furnishings, the team at Jo Malone were on hand throughout the event to indulge our guests in relaxing hand massages at their Jo Malone massage tasting bar.
Following so much interest from our clients we are now working with AJI designers and Jo Malone to create a range of tailored collections for our Sunseeker owners.
Adding to the show with her unique, quirky styling and Great British Hertiage was Lady Lucan with her range of luxury shooting clothing ‘House of Lucan‘. Inspired by the 1940’s her bespoke collection consisted of coats, jackets, caps, capes and trousers, each with a modern twist on the traditional shooting wear. Extending beyond the traditional, the Lucan collection is designed for the independent man or woman whose style exceeds normality/that of the ordinary.
To keep our clients refreshed throughout the day our exquisite Great British brand partners Chase Distillery and Absolute Taste served our Sunseeker guests with a selection of refreshments and delicious concoctions.
Building on our strong partnership with the Red Bull brand, we were delighted that Red Bull Advanced Technologies joined us to showcase one of their fantastic Formula 1 cars and share more information about the joint venture between the two elite brands.
Adding to our extensive list of elite partners was Aston Martin Chichester, showcasing two of their latest 2018 models at the show.
We were also delighted to welcome Venom Jet Ski’s to the stand to showcase their latest customised Sea Doo in true Sunseeker style! Whether it’s custom-made leather seats or carbon fibre handle bars, Venom Design specialises in creating bespoke Jet Ski’s to suit the clients needs using the highest quality materials. Complementing our Sunseeker styled Jet Ski’s were our long standing brand partners Williams Jet Tenders and Seabob with a range of their water toys.
Fresh Air Helicopters offered an alternative travel option for those looking to arrive in pure Sunseeker style!
The Sunseeker Experience was available throughout the show, offering guests the opportunity to sample the life of a Sunseeker owner. This exciting new initiative allowed our guests to taste the full Sunseeker lifestyle on-board a 86’ Yacht“HARD 8” or Manhattan 52’ “BETSEA”.
