Mia is a young girl who is has been thrown some very challenging moments in life, yet is still determined to give back to the people who have helped her along the way. Mia met David Lewis, Managing Director for the Sunseeker London Group, at a Boat Show a few years back with her family, where he was amazed to hear about her bravery. Since then the Sunseeker London Group have worked with Mia on several occasions to try and raise awareness for her cause.
Diagnosed from a young age with a duplex Kidney, ME, Autism and Autistic fatigue, Mia has faced many challenges in life but has not lost hope and is still determined to come out on top.
Mia has recently held a bake sale, a weeks’ silence and is looking to complete a very challenging 5K walk in aid of Evelina London Children’s hospital.
Mia has also been very unwell since January with Urticaria, a condition that means she is allergic to food, water and things she touches.
Sunseeker London would like to raise awareness for a very heart felt cause.
