BROKER NEWS: Sunseeker London’s Gary Cleaverly gives his 2016 Season Round Up

Gary Cleaverly, is delighted to report on a very busy and successful boating season.

The year started with the delivery of the Sunseeker 131 Yacht ‘ZOZO’ which had been displayed at the London Boat Show in January 2016. After the show, the Yacht was prepared for the delivery to her very proud owner. He joined the Yacht in Southern Spain with the captain and crew to enjoy their inaugural cruise to Cannes. The owner then had a fabulous summer cruising across the Cote d’Azur, Corsica and Sardinia. At the end of the season, the owner very generously allowed Sunseeker Monaco to exhibit his beautiful 131 Yacht at the Monaco Yacht Show to rave reviews from brokers, captains and potential buyers.

Going back to the spring of this year, the very first 116 Yacht ‘SESAME’ was nearing completion in readiness for delivery to her owner in the beautiful marina of Palmarina, Bodrum. ‘SESAME’ looked absolutely stunning in her home berth with her dramatic new lines and large expanses of glasses that made her stand out from all the other yachts in the marina. The owner has cruised extensively across the coast of southern Turkey this summer and has plans to explore new areas next year, including Greece and Croatia. The 116 Yacht is an evolution of the very successful 115 Sport Yacht series but with orders already being taken for 2018 the 116 is already firming up to be a huge success in its own right.

Later on in the summer, Gary also represented an owner who purchased hull number 3 of the 116 Yacht series which has just been handed over to her delighted owner. ‘KING POWER’ will be based in the South of France where the owner intends to entertain family and friends. Sunseeker were on hand to assist with all aspects of the build such as the project management, registration and guidance on the purchasing of a berth in the South France.
