With Star Chef Dieter Koschina’s creativity and unique ability to combine freshness and lightness of first class cuisine, this two-Michelin-starred restaurant combines local produce with northern European cooking techniques. Vila Joya offers guests dishes such as guinea fowl, stuffed with black truffles and artichokes or roasted goose liver served on a broccoli purée with smoked eel. They also add a twist to the country’s ubiquitous bacalhau (dried and salted cod), confit and paired with beetroot coulis and yogurt.
Vila Joya also offers an exquisite wine cellar, that is a unique masterpiece. The wine cellar is the home to 12,000 bottles, boasting some of the finest wines of Portugal and from around the world.
