Sunseeker France Group are delighted to announce that the five year lease extension of Port La Napoule has now been formally approved by the City Hall.
The lease extension from 2024 to 2029 has been approved by the Local Authorities on the project to improve the marina by building five large berths suitable for catamaran’s at the entrance of the marina (enclosed). This improvement is in line with the improvements already achieved by the Capitainerie of Port La Napoule (new concrete pontoons, new electricity and water supplies and new securing chains). This eagerly expected news will be communicated to the Shareholders of the marina by letter from the Capitainerie over the coming days.
This extended Lease period up to 2029 makes the Port La Napoule lease period the longest of the French Riviera, previously being Cap d’Ail with a Lease period up to 2027.
