The HH&Co experience will let you in on the tricks of the trade and some of the secrets to Executive Chef Angela Hartnett and Head Chef Luke Holder’s signature cooking style, all in their brand new purpose built cookery school kitchen. Angela is the previous Head Chef of Gordon Ramsey’s London restaurant Petrus, as well as the launcher of the popular Mayfair restaurant Murano. Luke has worked at restaurants such as The Sloane Club and at the three Michelin Star restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri in Tuscany, Italy.
HH&Co Backstage are offering a great array of cooking courses, from cooking traditional meat and fish, to cocktails and canapés and the seasonal ‘Christmas made easy’. Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to budding masterchef’s, a hands-on, relaxed style aims to improve your culinary skills and give you bags of inspiration to go home and get cooking.
In Limewood Hotel’s ‘HH&Co Backstage Overnight Package’, the guests spend the day in the HH&Co Backstage cooking course led by Angela and Luke. Following the course, guests can hang up their apron and enjoy a three course dinner in the restaurant Hartnett Holder & Co.
