Sunseeker London supported charity Wipe Away Those Tears (TEARS) by hosting 12 guests at a special Private Master Class cooking day with Angela Hartnett and her team at Murano London, the Michelin starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
Angela Hartnett, MBE, is one of the UK’s most loved chefs and restaurateurs, known for sophisticated yet simple, Italy-inspired cooking. A typical menu features seasonal, modern Italian dishes using the best of British and European produce in clear and approachable ways.
Sunseeker guests prepared and cooked a delicious seasonal meal which could easily be repeated at home. Taking place live in the Murano kitchen, guests were expertly taught all about the wines that complement the dishes which were created. The Master Class was an exciting day for all, offering first hand insight into the world and working of a Michelin starred restaurant.
