The Sunseeker London Group has enjoyed a busy and exciting London Boat Show at ExCeL London from 9th – 18th January 2015.

It has been an incredibly active 9-days for Sunseeker, with new launches, VIP guests, parties, events and busy sales enquiries.
Friday January 9th saw crowds and press from around the world gather at the Sunseeker stand for the launch of the brand new Predator 57.

Introduced by international superstar, Nicole Scherzinger, and Sunseeker founder Robert Braithwaite CBE, the innovative new addition to the Predator range was received to rapturous applause. Once again, the Sunseeker brand continues to be the best at drawing in the crowds at the London Boat Show.

From Poole to Portals and Torquay to Tunisia, the Sunseeker London Group’s dedicated sales teams from around the world have experienced a high volume of enquiries during the show, with a number of sales agreed for the forthcoming season.

Sunseeker has enjoyed the show collaborating with a number of luxury brand partners, including Porsche Cars GB, which provided a number of chauffeur driven Panamera diesel and e-hybrid models for VIP clients, Boodles, Aspinal, The White Company, Gillian Weir, Grant MacDonald and Boom Jewellery.

Sunseeker VIP hospitality welcomed the opportunity to host a series of pop-up parties with Sani Marina, Berkeley Homes, Alexander James Interiors, Coutts, Vestra Wealth and Yacht Investor Magazine.

On Thursday, the Sunseeker London Group took advantage of the show’s late night opening by hosting a “Pink Evening” party in aid of PAH Breast Cancer Clinical Trials.

Guests of the event, kindly supported by Peters & May Global Marine Transport, had ‘lashings of fun’ fundraising for the charity, which has so far raised nearly £25,000 in the donations for the PAH raffle and silent auction.

Spectacular entertainment on the night was provided by the outstanding ACM Gospel Choir.

After a stunning introduction by the nation’s favourite ‘weather girl’ and friend of Sunseeker London, Sian Lloyd, ACM’s 25 gospel singers raised the roof for the gathering crowds.
The charity theme at the London Boat Show continued as Ben Young, Managing Director of Sunseeker Superyacht Management and organiser of Cogs 4 Cancer – a team of cyclists from the yachting industry raising money for the fight against cancer – presented a cheque for €285,000 to Cancer Research UK and local cancer charities in the South of France. Over the past 2 years, the highly dedicated C4C team have raised an astounding €400,000, a truly incredible achievement.

Many a promotion has continued throughout the boat show including that of a Harrison Weekender Aspinal of London bag. To be in with the chance of winning this luxurious tanned leather hold-all, guests to the show have been encouraged to fill in an entry form as they visit the Sunseeker stand (B400). The winner of the competition will be announced by the end of the show.

A presentation to round up a successful 2015 show took place by Robert Braithwaite CBE on the final morning of the show, alongside the Sunseeker distributor network from around the world. Having started the year on a strong positive note, the Founder of Sunseeker International encouraged his team to make 2015 the best year yet – watch this space for more news!
The Sunseeeker London Group would like to thank National Boat Shows and ExCeL London for its continued efforts at the London Boat Show, which represents a yearly and pinnacle yachting show of the year. We wish our fellow exhibitors a successful follow up of enquiries for 2015.
