All year round, Chefs Stéphane, Antoine and François Raimbault invite diners to their flamboyant yet enchanting 2 Michelin starred restaurant, l’Oasis Raimbault.

Amongst the flowers and leaves, on the veranda of the winter garden, diners can discover the rare fusion of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine at the heart of the Cote d’Azur.
l’Oasis Raimbault offers every type of dining experience including receptions and discreet private diners. Set menus are even available for those who want to savor Michelin starred cuisine at a small price. The three-course “BIB Gourmand” set menu is only €31 excluding drinks whilst slightly pricier €98 evening set menu is for those who really make the most of the Oasis experience.

The trendy Royal Bay Lounge Bar at the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino is the place to be seen in Mandelieu.

Situated on the beachfront, it dares sumptuous elegance with velvet armchairs with metal frames in raspberry, pearlescent grey and the deepest black. The long bar with its feminine curves provides straight lines and alcoves, ideal for gatherings with friends or intimate evenings. The bar was created by Chantal Peyrat, a highly sought after luxury designer.
Bartenders offer cocktails, wines by the glass, the most prestigious white or pink champagnes and a wide selection of other soft beverages. If you’re a little hungry, you can choose from a selection of snacks and quick bites to eat: carpaccios, tartares, pastas, caesar salad and sweet treats.
After a quick drink, pop on your dancing shoes and head up to the Bay Club, the gloriously chic yet slightly retro nightclub of the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino. Eric Schreyer, the resident DJ, relives the Eighties every Saturday night, playing tunes to reignite the nostalgia of these cult years.
